State Farm® Insurance Agent Mary Billington

"In November 2023, I made a switch over to State Farm, excellent customer service, I talked to Chris on the phone, he was very friendly and handled my request professionally. If it will be always like this, than in the future I would switch over all my other insurance policy's to State Farm. Thank you Chris for your excellent service. April 2024 UPDATE to my 5 stars review. I gave 5 stars for the great service I got from Chris few months ago, he still deserve the 5 stars. But, few days ago, I received automated renewal message from State Farm, for my car insurance, with about 13% price increase, while I didn't have any claims, no tickets, no accidents, and I didn't use the car often the last few months, since I switched over my car insurance to State Farm, so I got very low mileages, yet I got 13% price increase. I thought, I'll give Chris a call to ask why, but a lady answered my phone call, she was impatient and I can not say she was customer friendly, to keep the story short and clear, they didn't even give me any chance to speak to Chris, I guess they didn't even told him about my phone call. So, I'll keep the 5 stars for Chris, but for the lady at the customer service who answered my phone call today, unfortunately I'll give her 0 star. And because I'm not happy with this agent anymore, I just sent online request to State Farm to change this agent, hopefully the new agent is customer friendly and have some patience to answer legit questions from their customers."

"Most competent, loyal, understanding , caring agent in the world. Mary has been handling our insurance needs for over a decade. We have trusted her and her team with ALL of our insurance needs. I used to ask all the right questions, is that necessary? , is that enough?, Now, I give them the vin number, address, whatever, and ask them to do what they do best. And that’s PROTECTING my family! They are so good at it, you feel truly blessed to be a part of their “family”. When I call the office and ask to speak to Mary. She’s on the line straight away. Sure I get the hundreds of flyers in the mail. “We can save you money”, but can you take care of my family like Mary and her team does? I’ll bet not. Mary does not SELL insurance, she provides a very important service, and she darn good at it. We had a few claims over the years. But every single one of them was taken care of by her team. Not a call center. Someone out of the country, doesn’t know me from Adam. I want to give a special shout out to Maria. She is our guardian angel in the insurance world. She truly cares about our needs and respects our hard earned money. Mary, you have a fantastic team and great heart. If you’re not calling Mary today to get you on the right path for your insurance needs. You may never understand the true meaning of SERVICE. My rant is done now. "So, I'm calling State farm two times now today, cris answered he kept saying how can I help you ?,, he kept repeating himself, I informed him that I would call back, and when I called back, same thing, I asked to speak to anyone else, he said only him there, I think, he's playing games, I do not play games when it comes to business !!"
